M&A Associate
M&A Associates at Ryen Consultants manage transaction workstreams from target identification through completion. This position involves financial analysis, deal documentation, client interaction and coordination with legal and operational specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct financial due diligence including model development, cash flow analysis and valuation assessment
- Support buy-side and sell-side advisory assignments through market research, target screening and opportunity evaluation
- Prepare transaction materials including information memoranda, management presentations and investment committee papers
- Coordinate due diligence processes, managing information flow between clients, targets and specialist advisors
- Participate in client meetings, negotiations and transaction discussions
- Provide guidance to analysts on financial modelling and research methodology
Qualifications and Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in M&A advisory, corporate finance or transaction services
- Demonstrated financial modelling capability and analytical rigour
- Experience across multiple transaction types (buy-side, sell-side, due diligence)
- Ability to manage concurrent workstreams whilst maintaining quality standards
- French and English fluency required

Due Diligence Analyst
Ryen Consultants’ Due Diligence Analysts conduct detailed investigation of target companies, examining financial performance, operational capability, and commercial positioning. This role supports transaction decisions through rigorous analysis and clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform financial analysis including historical performance review, working capital assessment and forecast evaluation
- Conduct operational due diligence covering supply chain, production capacity, technology infrastructure and process efficiency
- Analyse commercial factors including market dynamics, competitive positioning, customer relationships and revenue sustainability
- Evaluate regulatory compliance, licensing requirements and jurisdictional obligations
- Prepare due diligence reports and presentations that communicate findings clearly to clients and transaction teams
- Coordinate information requests and manage data room review processes
Qualifications and Experience
- 2-3 years’ experience in due diligence, audit, corporate finance or analytical roles
- Strong financial analysis skills and attention to detail
- Ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights
- Experience with financial modelling and data analysis
- French and English proficiency essential
